Royal Sydney Show Result Index 2005 RESULTS
The Roseville stud of Tony and John Manchester, Kingsvale, NSW vied for major honours with the Gundowringa stud of Jeff and Charlie Prell, Crookwell, NSW. Roseville finished with champion ram, reserve ewe and Peter Taylor Group while Gundowringa had champion ewe and reserve ram. Judge, Jim Gough, Cowra, Branxholme, Vic, commented on the quality presentation from four exhibitors. Mr. Prell commented on the ability of Corriedale ewes to shear around five kilograms of wool worth more than $4 per kg and at the same time to throw 130% of lambs able to slot into the prime lamb market.
